Why switch to APOS One system instead of five.
Most venues pay for a POS, a booking app, a kitchen screen system, a CRM and an email tool, then spend their nights reconciling them. APOS replaces the stack with one platform, one login and one bill.
One system instead of five
A typical stack
- Guest books on one app, orders on another, and the two never meet
- Allergies written on the booking, missed on the ticket
- Cover fees on bookings from your own regulars
- Marketing lists exported by hand from three places
- Five logins, five support lines, five invoices
With APOS
- Booking, table, order and payment on one guest record
- Allergies follow the guest from booking to the pass
- No cover fees on any booking
- Auto-tags build your marketing lists as guests visit
- One login, one support team, one invoice
How we get you live.
Most single venues go live within a week. We plan the switch around your quietest day so service is never at risk.
- Day 1
Discovery call
We map your menu, floor, devices, payment setup and the tools you use today.
- Day 1–2
Menu and guests
APOS AI scans your menu into a draft. We check modifiers and prices with you and import your guest list.
- Day 2–3
Floor and stations
Your rooms, tables and combinations go into the floor plan. Kitchen routing is set per station.
- Day 3–4
Devices
Hardware arrives pre-enrolled. Your own tablets are enrolled with a one-time device code from APOS Portal.
- Day 4–5
Team training
A guided session for managers, then a 30-minute walkthrough for floor and kitchen staff with their own PINs.

Your data stays yours.
Hosted on AWS
APOS runs on AWS with encrypted, backed-up data. Ask us about data residency for your country.
Encrypted on every device
Local data on each tablet is held in an encrypted database, so a lost device doesn’t mean lost data.
Permissions that hold
Roles decide who can see what. Sensitive fields are off by default and protected actions need approval.
Export any time
Guest profiles, bookings, sales and marketing lists can be exported whenever you like.
Bank-grade card payments
Card details are encrypted at the terminal and processed by certified payment partners to PCI DSS standards, so card numbers never touch your register or our servers.
Every change logged
An activity log records who comped an item, voided a check or opened the drawer.
Made by Applause Technology. Opening country by country.
APOS started with one of hospitality’s hardest setups: public holiday surcharges, busy floors with many devices and internet that isn’t always there. Its venue network keeps every register, waiter tablet and kitchen screen working together offline. We open each new country once local taxes, payments and support are ready.
Register interest for your country. Tell us where you trade and we’ll let you know when APOS opens there. Early venues get setup and menu build on us.
Run your whole venue from one place.
Start with APOS today, or let’s walk through your venue together. We help you bring your menu across, enrol your devices and train your team.
