Pricing questions
Why don’t you show prices for my country?
APOS opens country by country. Before we open in a country we set prices in its currency, with local tax and payment options in place. Register interest and we’ll send you prices as soon as they’re confirmed.
When will APOS open in my country?
Register interest or talk to sales and tell us where your venues are. Groups with several venues can talk to us now about an early rollout.
What’s an add-on, and what’s always included?
Reservations, waitlist, table management, deposits and guest profiles are always part of Premium, and there are no cover fees on any booking. Add-ons are for extra hardware on smaller plans and for high-end tools like ticketing, a Voice AI host or advanced marketing. Turn them on or off any month.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel before your next billing date. Yearly plans are paid upfront, give you two months free and aren’t refundable if you cancel part-way through the year; you keep access until the year ends. Enterprise runs on a 12-month agreement. See our Merchant Terms of Service.
What happens to a table when the bill is paid?
On Starter and Essential the table goes straight back to Available, ready for the next walk-in. On Premium it turns green when paid and stays with the party until you mark it for bussing, so hosts know it isn’t free yet.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for self-serve accounts.
Do I have to use APOS Payments?
It’s the simplest option and the one we recommend where it’s available. If you’re in a contract with another provider, talk to us about connecting it until your contract ends.
What counts as a place?
A place is one venue with its own menus, floor plan and devices. A hotel with a restaurant and a rooftop bar would usually set them up as two places under one company.
What does hardware cost?
Hardware is quoted with your plan based on how many registers, screens and printers you need. You can also use Android tablets you already own if they meet the minimum spec.
